Landing Experience Strategy

Client: Mastercard

The Fraud Center is comprised of many products and services but lacks a cohesive user experience.  We are currently developing a platform experience that incorporates products and services, analytic insights and product performance, and highlight services that are frequently used across products.

Product Page Redesign

Client: Mastercard

Our team was scoped with assessing the current mPOS website and making redesign recommendations. I worked with stakeholders to analyze web analytics, develop new user flows, define a task matrix, and medium fidelity wireframes. The result was a more user-friendly website that brought the most important content to the front while highlighting important case studies.

The Winchester Website Redesign

Client: The Winchester (freelance)

This website redesign project helped The Winchester restaurant deliver an easy to use website where patrons can go to find information about the restaurant. I worked with the business owner to find a hosting platform that better addressed business needs, incorporated an ecommerce feature, and organize the site in a way that makes it easy for people to find the information they need.

What I do

User Research

I use user-centered methods such as interviews, surveys, and workshops to better understand targeted end users. Using the insights gathered, I create journey maps, personas, and user flows to communicate areas of opportunity to product teams.

UX Design

I use insights gathered in user research to concept, design and build lo-hi fidelity prototypes. I validate designs using user testing, always iterating based on the feedback.

I collaborate with UX, business, and technical teams to develop short and long-term strategic efforts. I identify and understand areas of opportunity, and align efforts with organizational vision.
